Gillian's Wonkiness

A couple of days ago, I received an email from Gillian, who had visited the yellow hut sometime ago with her mother (who collects sewing machines!). Gillian is currently studying painting at SOTA, and in her email, she shared some very funky projects she'd been working on during her school holidays.

They are so fun and freestylin', I had to share them with you!
Love the contrast of girly laces and blocks of cotton tees mixed alongside one another.

A basic striped-pouch with a striking braided handle, giving it an extra oomph!
This piece resembles a cute silky pink organ with its bloody-insides showing.
I like G's sense of colours and adventure.

Thank you Gillian!
For sharing the awesome.
